Develop and execute strategies to identify, source and attract high quality diverse candidates for corporate positions within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
Develop and execute strategies to partner with community organizations to connect with diverse talent
Candidate management for follow up and continued contacts after events to maintain the pipeline of talent
Act as a consultant to the recruiting team to partner on sourcing diverse talent for current open roles
Manage and promote career events to insure a strong execution
Manage diverse referrals to insure follow up both with the referred candidate and the referrer
Participate in special projects as required.
2 or more years of recruiting experience in a Fortune 1000 company or 4-6 years of agency or small company experience.
1 or more years of experience with Diversity programming, executing events, etc.
Experience in sourcing and presenting a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers.
Experience with core recruiting functions, including: interview scheduling, candidate debrief, development of employment offers, extending offers to candidate as required and follow up with non-selected candidates.
Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and cross functional partners to review and align on job specification.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS); Posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields
Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter tool and other sourcing tools
Knowledge of services or retail recruiting
Corporate recruiting experience
