In this role as a Senior Analyst, Strategic Diversity Management, you will: - Coordinate the identification, tracking and evaluation of AA/EEO good faith efforts. - Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation of good faith efforts. - Conduct internal audits of corporate practices to identify best practices and possible violations. - Recommend improvements in recruitment and employee programs to ensure compliance with EEO goals and regulations. - Develops presentations and training programs to educate staff about EEO and Strategic Diversity Management matters. - Recognizes and defines opportunities to enhance diversity in the workforce. This role is available in Irving, TX, Scottsdale, AZ, Northbrook, IL, Florham Park, NJ, New York, NY and Woonsocket, RI.Required Qualifications3 or more years Human Resources or Training experience, preferably in Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.Preferred Qualifications- Three or more years managing AA/EEO Good Faith Effort programs and two years developing and implementing targeted diversity recruiting strategies is acceptable in lieu of five years exclusive AA/EEO experience. - Minimum five years direct experience managing Affirmative Action and other Equal Opportunity Good Faith Effort programs for a corporation or auditing Affirmative Action and other Equal Opportunity programs for a government entity. - Demonstrable record of success identifying and building relationships with community based organizations, government agencies and professional organizations, with evidence of such partnerships yielding referral and hire of talent. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including data mining, analysis and interpretation - Proficient Microsoft suite skills; specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience working with HRIS, specifically writing and running queries - Candidate must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as with a team - Must demonstrate an ability to operate with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and make sound decisions based on thorough and accurate data review - Candidate must be able to interface with all levels of colleagues and handle multiple projects in a complex and decentralized environment.
