Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours); occasional nights and weekends, and some travel.

Job Summary

Director will manage all professional staff in the Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives Office and the Office of LGBTQ* Resources ensuring professional daily operations for both departments; Oversee Philanthropy initiatives, community engagement and campus partnerships that benefit university life and inclusion; Manage education, awareness, recruiting and community building programming focused on URM/historically marginalized graduate and professional student experiences as well as LGBTQ* student, faculty, staff and alumni experiences; Mediate, advise and advocate for issues impacting URM/historically marginalized graduate and professional student experiences as well as LGBTQ* student, faculty, staff and alumni experiences; Collaborate, Assess and Facilitate Strategic Planning related to campus climate for URM/historically marginalized graduate and professional students, LGBTQ* students, faculty, staff and alumni, visitors, and patients.
