Contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension

The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator in part of the team that facilitates this important part of our culture. The Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator must be a support-oriented connector who is able to get things done while acting as a role-model for the inclusion we are striving to develop across the organization.
As a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, you will…
Provide administrative and logistical support for all team meetings, programs and trainings, including ad hoc requests from organizational leaders
Manage vendor set up process including legal and finance bugs and related NDAs
Execute trainings and events, including enrollment, session scheduling, securing locations, room set-up, meals, invites, material preparation. Serve as the on-site contact for facilitators and serve as the main point-of- contact to ensure operations run smoothly
Administer D&I online resources and ensure best practice and process documents remain up-to- date and relevant
Field event requests and follow-ups for hosting both internal and external events
Your Professional Profile
1 - 2 years experience of program coordination in a fast-paced environment or equivalent experience
Capable of interacting well with all levels of leadership across the business. Build effective relationships. Collaborate well with diverse teams.
Ability to effectively support several projects, events, and programs simultaneously
A good oral and written communicator
A desire for a career start or transition into Diversity and Inclusion
Knowledge of global diversity issues is a plus, but not required
Understanding of Human Resource practices in the United States is a plus, but not required
