Credence Management Solutions
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Diversity Coordinator to serve on the program staff supporting a cadre of global health professionals for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Bureau for Global Health (USAID GH). Diversity Coordinator should be a mid-career professional with at least five years of relevant experience developing and implementing a project-wide diversity initiative for large programs.
Responsibilities of the Diversity Coordinator include the following:
Support the Director of Recruitment, Outreach, and Diversity in the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of the contract’s recruitment, outreach, and diversity goals
Assist with the development and implementation of a project-wide recruitment, outreach, and diversity strategy to attract quality global health professionals for USAID GH
Implement an integrated and innovative outreach plan to connect with underrepresented groups in the global health field
Support the successful planning and implementation of approximately 40 outreach and awareness events annually to target underrepresented groups and Minority Serving Institutions
Support the diversity initiatives and goals of other USAID GH hiring mechanisms through assistance and collaboration
Minimum requirements include:
Must have a minimum of five years of applicable work experience in program management and conducting outreach activities and diversity initiatives
Must have experience implementing diversity initiatives on large scale programs
Must have experience thriving in multicultural work environments
Desired qualifications include:
Outreach or marketing experience considered a plus
Human resources or recruitment experience considered a plus
Short to medium-term field experience and exposure to resource-challenged settings
Experience with USAID, USAID GH preferred
Experience with U.S. Government
Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in management, business administration, international development, public or global health, or related discipline required.

Additional Comments: The qualifications required for this position are equivalent to those of GS level 11/12.
