Marsh’s Talent, Learning, and Diversity (TLD) Center of Expertise (COE) designs, develops, implements, and manages a variety of programs and initiatives across talent, learning, and diversity. The North America team consists of 7 internal consultants who support the region to advance Marsh’s ability to attract, develop, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry. We are a highly collaborative team focused on bringing impactful solutions to the business.
We are seeking a Senior TLD Specialist who possesses a blend of skills and aptitudes to support the North America region in an ever-changing environment. The individual will need to interact with talent at all levels in the organization through 1:1 coaching, small group settings, and program facilitation. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record as an HR professional for a complex business model with proven accomplishments in developing and executing on human resource strategies. Given the diversity of the client group this position requires an individual who has the experience, energy, and discipline to drive change programs in a highly matrixed environment.
How you will make an impact:
You’ll partner with the TLD and HRBP teams to identify, develop, and track talent from entry-level to executive level in such areas as performance management, learning and development, and career development.
You’ll consult with business leaders to identify learning needs and manage the design, implementation, and delivery of a wide variety of solutions to support their needs.
You’ll research and share latest trends in learning, new technologies, adult learning principles, and vendors in the marketplace.
You’ll organize talent and learning programs and events by managing program logistics, creating and delivering employee communication, gathering, developing, and distributing pre-work materials for attendees, and coordinating trainers and coaches to ensure successful implementation of programs.
You’ll partner with leaders and HRBPs to identify talent needs at the individual and group level and design, develop, and deploy solutions such as on-the-job experience, coaching, mentoring, assessments, and/or programs that best meet the need(s).
You’ll apply technical experience in organizational development to support business objectives.
You’ll support execution of the regional diversity strategy through working with a variety of stakeholders including Colleague Resource Groups, HR, business leaders, and D&I.
You’ll drive employee engagement to support Marsh’s ability to attract and retain the best talent in the marketplace
You’ll collect, analyze, interpret, and collate both quantitative and qualitative data across a variety of sources to aid in identifying employee trends as well as evaluating the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

You have 3-5 years of Talent Management experience.
You have excellent consulting and client service skills, including the ability to effectively contract, negotiate, and manage key relationships to drive to results in an effective and collaborative manner.
You have success navigating complex matrix environments.
You have strong project management skills with a track record of developing effective project plans and delivering on or ahead of budget and schedule.
You have experience developing and implementing a variety of talent management processes.
You seek out best practices and innovative solutions and bring them to the organization.
You have strong analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills and ability to make judgments of talent, learning, diversity, engagement, etc. resources, initiatives, and programs. You can convey results in a logic and engaging manner.
You can work independently while proactively identifying opportunities to keep stakeholders updated and engaged.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are flexible and adaptable.
You seek out opportunities to further learn, grow, and develop your skill set.
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
