We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Manager-Talent Acquisition based out of the Learfield Corporate office in Plano, TX. This person will report to the Sr. Director-Talent Acquisition and be responsible for managing all sales staffing initiatives for the Western Region of our Multi-Media Rights business. This individual will identify, interview, evaluate and hire General Manager candidates and high quality sales candidates while advancing the Learfield brand across numerous markets and professional communities. This role will also assist in guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Learfield selection process. This individual will build and maintain excellent relations with EVP's. SVP's, VP's, direct hiring managers and candidates. Successful candidates must be able to proactively develop and nurture passive talent pools in order to execute the near and long-term recruiting vision at Learfield. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies for the designated role and market
Execute sourcing strategies by identifying passive and active potential candidates through the use of Boolean searches, LinkedIn, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing and ATS searches.
Partner with business leaders and our Manager, Talent Pipelines to define and generate highly specialized candidate pipelines.
Develop a thorough knowledge of Learfield's business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity
Influence key stakeholders via recommendations based on data/analytics, market knowledge, and labor trends to driving hiring decision.
Accurately and successfully articulate why Learfield is a leading Employer of Choice to all active and passive candidates
Interview and assess all candidates presented to hiring manager, which may include face to face, phone and behavioral based interviewing techniques
Prepare candidate write ups on each candidate prior to submitting to the hiring manager
Organize and lead the post interview debrief/consensus session with interview teams.
Advise hiring managers on candidate compensation and collaborate to extend offers
Maintain up to date and accurate data integrity in ATS (iCIMS).
Lead and/or participate HR and TA projects to drive business function capabilities across the enterprise.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
7 years of experience in the executive search or corporate TA space, preferably recruiting sales and/or sports positions across multiple geographies
Strong advisory focus on providing an exceptional customer and candidate experience
Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills; independent thinker and operator
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong executive interfacing and influencing skills
Must demonstrate a high level of passion and tenacity to engage in the war for talent

Experience building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
