The Leader,

Diversity & Inclusion Development will:

Craft the

enterprise-wide program strategy for high potential, diverse leader talent

pool development and advancement to ensure a diverse, robust pipeline

prepared to assume positions of growing complexity and scale.Lead the

design, execution, and data-based evaluation of programs for diverse

talent initially focused on women globally and people of color in the

United States.Serve as a

global Diversity & Inclusion Leader development subject matter expert,

actively monitoring and leveraging industry leading practices and

innovations, and developing external relationships.Partner with

Talent Directors, BUHR leadership, D&I and other key internal partners

to inform program strategy and design, as well as ensure consistency and

alignment with enterprise and business/function-specific objectives and

priorities.Assess and

develop a point of view on Johnson & Johnson’s diverse talent and how

to accelerate development.Build and

sustain momentum around the diverse talent leadership pipeline development

through use of metrics, analytics and trends.Understand

customer requirements and define the Key Performance Indicators that are

critical for quality of tracking and evaluation of Diverse Talent Pool

Development programs.

','!*!A minimum of

a Bachelor's Degree is required.A minimum of

8 years of dynamic experience in leadership development and/or talent

management/development experience, diversity leadership development or a

related area is required.Global scope

and responsibility is strongly preferred.An advanced

degree is highly desirable (Master’s/Ph.D. in HR, MBA in HR or other

related concentration, OD, Org Psych, or related discipline).Strong

business insight; understanding of key global business trends and

environment is required.Experience

crafting and implementing leadership programs for diverse talent is


executive presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas

clearly and concisely is required.Demonstrates

strong leadership courage, willing and able to respectfully question

and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement

opportunities, solutions, and plans is required.Operates as

a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional and cultural

differences is required.Creative

thinker with ability to build integrated global HR solutions to support

enterprise goals is required.Experience

developing authentic partnerships with enterprise business leaders and HR

partners is required.Experience

balancing voice of the customer with enterprise-wide business and HR

strategies is required.This

position is located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 30%

domestic and international travel.
