Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing global Diversity &Inclusion (D& I) programs utilizing creative approaches that align with the overall company strategy. This role will allow you to partner with various global teams including Talent Acquisition, Sustainability, Total Rewards, Talent Management, CSER, HR Business Partners, and Compliance to drive D & I programs and results. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what you\u2019ll do: Establish connectivity with regional diversity and inclusion leads, teams and employees within Flex to ensure programs, resources and tools are aligned with the overall D & I goals and objectives Develop partnerships throughout the organization to drive a culture of D & I Lead efforts to develop, implement, and execute an annual D&I plan that achieves outcomes and results Collaborate with the Talent Management and Engagement teams in developing educational curriculum, strategies, tools and programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment to the overall D&I framework Maintain metrics and scorecard to measure and track the success of D & I initiatives and programs; crafts summary reports and develop recommendations to enhance programs Partner with the HRIS team to develop a D & I dashboard with the HRIS system Manage and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
