We are committed to creating a work environment and culture that embraces our core values of teamwork, respect, professional integrity and diversity.The Manager of Diversity and Inclusion serves as a key member of the firm‐wide diversity initiative, working across all levels of the Firm to ensure that diversity remains a priority and is closely linked to the Firm’s overall business strategy. The Manager also serves as an advisor to the Diversity and Inclusion Officer and provides strategic advice and counsel to senior management on diversity‐related issues, particularly as they pertain to policy. The Manager will be responsible for administering all aspects of the Firm’s diversity efforts, with a particular focus on supporting the Firm’s Diversity Task Force initiatives. The Manager will interface with key constituents, internally and externally, to ensure the success of all diversity and inclusion efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support efforts of the Diversity Task ForceProvide guidance and leadership to the Firm’s five affinity groupsMaintain current diversity statistics and respond to RFPs and surveys requested by clients and outside organizationsSupport the collection, analysis and benchmarking of industry‐wide diversity dataSupervise Firm’s relationships with various diversity pipeline organizationsAssist in the preparation of the diversity budget and tracking of related expensesDraft and update diversity marketing materials and maintain content on the Firm’s diversity web pageAssist in the development and facilitation of diversity seminars, workshops and trainings for all employeesConsult with key internal and external stakeholders with respect to developing and integrating diversity goals and strategies into all business processes and practicesCompile management reports for the Diversity and Inclusion Officer in support of the organization’s diversity business strategyCollaborate with all offices to develop appropriate diversity initiatives by locationSupervise Firm’s relationships with various diversity pipeline organizations','!*!Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of 7‐10 years of experience, preferably in a client services businessProven commitment to diversity and inclusionStrong analytical skillsProficient in relevant Firm software programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to learn new software and systemsHighly effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the FirmDesire to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate and work well in a team oriented environmentStrategic thinker with excellent project management skills','US-NY-New York','','Eleven Times Square','','New York','10036-8299','Professional Resources','New York','','','','','','','Manager of Diversity and Inclusion
