Compensation

Base salary up to $150,000,

commensurate with experience, plus yearly performance-based bonus, generous

Duties

Responsible for developing,

implementing and monitoring initiatives that support the firm's overall

diversity and inclusion objectives

Liaise with diversity and inclusion-focused

committees, affinity networks and administrative departments, including

attorney development and training, marketing, attorney recruiting, alumni

relations and social responsibility

Monitor existing women's initiatives

in all firm offices and coordinate their ongoing implementation

Stay abreast of trends and innovations

in the marketplace related to women professionals and where appropriate,

recommends ideas, programs and policies consistent with the firm's goals

Analyze and monitor firm diversity

metrics and legal industry trends, and helps to generate internal reports

and presentations

Coordinate responses to client

and industry surveys and other requests for communications

Coordinate collaborative programs

with the firm's clients and other external organization

Provide support for the firm's

pre-law school pipeline diversity programs and other social responsibility

efforts

Oversee employees' work performance

and provides guidance in the resolution of problems

Participate in interviewing,

selection, training and disciplinary processes

Coordinate and oversee department

projects, day-to-day operations and long-range plans

Monitor time, attendance, overtime,

and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm policies

Required

5 years’ of related experience

Skilled with developing, implementing

and monitoring gender and diversity related initiatives

Demonstrated project and people

management skills

Bachelor's Degree required,

Master’s Degree preferred
