The goal of this comprehensive and dynamic program is to build upon our organization's mission and values by engaging undergraduate and graduate students in a top-tier internship experience with our seasoned professionals. By incorporating youthful minds into the corporate culture, we open our departments to new and innovative talents and ideas.

This year's program will build upon previous years' experience and success to offer students a ten-week internship experience from May through August 2018. Interns must be able to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Summary of Job Function:

The intern will support the research, development and rollout plan of a proposed Health disparity project in our Corporate Office. The project will focus on the analysis of race, ethnicity and language data for a number of system hospitals to identify areas of disparities in order to implement appropriate plans of action.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health related field

Strong attention to detail

Experience with database management

Very task-oriented

Self-starter

Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This internship is not eligible for benefits. This position will require travel.
