Reporting to the Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, the Assistant Provost provides strategic and tactical support, and helps promote a culture of equity at Northwestern. The Assistant Provost provides visible leadership on\u0026shy; campus through active and effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, assisting with the coordination and management of efforts aimed at creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners.\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EIndependently managing various projects, the Assistant Provost coordinates campus-wide initiatives and interacts with senior staff throughout the University. This is a full-time, campus-based position.
