Build the programs and strategies that make Starbucks the most diverse, inclusive, equitable, and accessible employer. Be a leader on the team that sets the company's diversity goals, influences policy, builds inclusion and access, and creates stronger equity across talent and customer processes. Influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization through innovative and strategic approaches. Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:Serve as an ambassador and advocate for inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility initiatives. Develop strategic and operational plans for client groups based on analytical and observed insights. Manage execution of inclusion and diversity programs and measure results. Assist in preparing and managing team budget and ensuring expenditures are within established parameters, emphasizing cost efficiencies. Research, benchmark, develop and deliver inclusion, diversity, and equity programs that align with business objectives. Develop digital and non-digital communication strategies; create online content to deliver I&D strategies, mission and values to enterprise.We'd love to hear from people with:At least 8 years of work experience in a matrixed organization. At least 8 years of experience leading programs or projects at a company, government institution, school, non-profit organization, or the U.S. military.
