Work with Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, HR leaders and the D&I Steering Committee (Executive Leaders) to develop and implement our three-year strategy and roadmap.
Design and implement company sponsored “Living our Values” ERGs on a global scale and serve as strategic advisor to employee leaders
Actively work with teams & leaders to pilot & develop new programs in alignment with FactSet’s D&I goals & objectives
Provide consulting to HR Business Partners, recruiting and business leaders to develop appropriate reports, metrics and research. Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to target unique plans and goals for each major department and ways to measure progress
Collaborate with Recruiting to ensure we are finding the best talent from a diverse pool
Work with relevant teams to develop & support policies and programs which cultivate inclusion
Provide accountability & transparency for progress of programs. Identify & call out risks
Draft communications & presentations describing D&I programs, progress & strategies. Present the FactSet strategy to a wide range of internal audiences and serve as an internal/external ambassador.
Gather data to report on diversity & inclusion for internal and external audiences
8-10 years of experience as a D&I program manager, consultant or similar role where you were directly working with & supporting leaders & their teams with measured & demonstrated results building D&I programs.
Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including familiarity with global diversity and inclusion concepts
Ability to influence, gain creditability, earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the team as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting all levels of the organization
Ability to craft powerful and dynamic presentations for a range of audiences
Excellent project management skills with superior organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations
Ability to present data & information in a compelling way
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
