Responsible for organizing diversity and inclusion programming for student-athletes and staff as well as implementing leadership/mentoring programs aiding in transition, adjustment and retention of diverse student-athlete population. Conduct sensitivity training sessions, implement community mentoring program and represent athletics on various campus-wide committees. Active with on-campus recruiting presentations.
