What you’ll do on a typical day:
Assist remote users with desktop and applications support requests
Support local office with user setups and support requests requiring local hands-on attention
Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system problems and solutions
Analyze, test, and document processes and provide improvement recommendations to management
Perform new user creation in Active Directory and Office 365/Exchange
Configure and deploy Cisco VOIP phones on hosted service
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
1 year of experience in Windows Client Operating Systems, including Windows 7; Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
1 year of experience in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop PC hardware
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or relevant certifications and/or experience
Experience with Apple computer platforms
Experience in an environment supporting multiple branch offices
Strong prioritization skills to ensure the highest levels of support to our business community
Ability to work with non-technical end-users to explain technical concepts
