Summary

Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for the Stakeholder Collaboration Division, ANG-F2, as the project manager responsible for the development of the cross-agency NextGen Priorities Joint Implementation Plan to Congress.

Responsibilities

As a Management and Program Analyst in the NextGen Performance and Outreach Office, Stakeholder Collaboration Division (ANG-F2), you are the project manager responsible for the development of the cross-agency NextGen Priorities Joint Implementation Plan to Congress and the project lead for planning and coordination of internal executive leadership meetings for stakeholder collaboration strategy setting. Using your expert knowledge and experience, you will provide technical insights and clarifications for other ANG-F team members.

Responsibilities include:

Working with senior FAA subject matter experts on the development of the annual NextGen Priorities Joint Implementation Plan to Congress.

Serving as a technical analyst working closely with the senior technical advisor on NextGen priorities implementation activities and issue mitigation.

Coordinating executive leadership meetings, including agenda setting, briefing coordination, technical review of material, meeting facilitation, and collaboration with lines of business/staff office.

Drafting executive briefings, talking points and other products in support of NextGen Integration Work Group (NIWG) activities and meetings.

Providing technical information and/or technical quality control reviews for documents, briefings, talking points, etc.

Supporting the ANG-F2 manager on senior external engagement for NextGen Advisory Council (NAC) SC meetings.

Serving as primary support to the Senior Technical Advisor for the NIWG teams: Data Comm, Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO), Surface, and Northeast Corridor (NEC).

Providing guidance and oversight to junior team members and contractors.

The nature of this position requires strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Work assignments must be completed accurately, thoroughly and within established timelines, and may be sensitive in nature.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-I, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Experience with Congressional communications and reports, Office of Inspector General (OIG), General Accounting Office (GAO), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) reports or equivalent communication and reports, and experience supporting and collaborating with high-level executives.
