Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion

Team to lead, manage and support the enterprise-wide design, implementation and management of diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs to accelerate progress in team member, marketplace and D&I advocacy outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage the enterprise Team Member Network Program inclusive of design, implementation and success measures, and provide leadership and oversight of the TMN Program leadership selection processes inclusive of identification, selection, onboarding, and support

Serve as primary D&I consultant to several enterprise Team Member Network leadership teams

Provide D&I thought leadership and consultation to core functional partners and internal clients

Provide leadership to the design, development, implementation and measurement of enterprise-wide D&I strategies, programs and initiatives, inclusive of metrics, inventories, and reporting processes and tools

Manage external D&I membership organization relationships and reporting of opportunities available for team members

Provide leadership in socializing the enterprise D&I story internally/externally

Lead enterprise D&I SharePoint Strategy and Websites

Work Location: Flexible across Wells Fargo hub locations.

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

3 years of SharePoint experience

Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms

Strong project management, vendor management, and research skills

Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis

Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives

Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to deliver results with speed and agility

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
