As a Staffing Programs Specialist focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, you will leverage your knowledge of learning design best practices and exceptional execution skills to ensure our staffing organization is equipped to build a truly diverse and inclusive Google. In this specialist role, you will partner with members of various teams to ensure that staffers have access to the relevant trainings and resources, and are developing their own expertise to become practitioners of inclusive sourcing and hiring practices. You will work with your partners to re-imagine what the learning journey” looks like for each staffer, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will develop new content, review existing content, vet proposed content from others, and figure out what resources and experiences would ideally accompany traditional training. In short, you will be instrumental in making sure that each and every Google staffer is equipped to build the future of Google.

Identify opportunities for staffers to build their understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Partner with various teams to design a development journey, through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion, for the full staffer lifecycle. This would include both standalone trainings and integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion mindsets, language, and principles into all existing and new staffer trainings.
Ensure that there is consistent messaging and language across Google with respect to how we hire for a more diverse and inclusive Google.
Ensure the resources designed to support staffer development (FAQ docs, candidate talking points, etc.) stay relevant and are well socialized.
Manage the rollout of new content which may include facilitation of trainings, design and execution of facilitator selection processes, and run train-the-trainer sessions.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, other related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in designing and developing learning using multiple media formats or modalities.
1 year of experience in the diversity, equity, inclusion space or with related projects.
Experience in project management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building a training roadmap, specifically in the diversity and inclusion space.
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Ability to influence across multiple teams. Demonstrates high attention to detail and strong operational expertise.
