KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Human Resources Organization.
Support the firm's enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy and employee resource groups, related programs, events, conferences, and initiatives
Support relationship management with key external alliances
Track and measure outcomes for retention, employee engagement, and career development investments
Develop and manage internal and external communication resources including presentations, social media, collateral, reports, and collaboration sites
Manage special projects including benchmarking surveys
Minimum four years of HR, diversity, project management or relevant experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong analytical, assessment and reporting skills
Demonstrated ability in project management and organizational skills
Strong oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to effectively work with any business level and collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as handle sensitive and confidential information
