The Vice President of Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Diversity will contribute to and lead a variety of diversity initiatives in support of the attraction, selection, development and engagement of our diverse workforce. He/She will report into the Head of Diversity for ICG. The role involves working closely with business leaders and corporate colleagues to implement the ICG diversity strategy, which will cover a range of areas including outreach, metrics, communications, coaching  along with program and project management.  He/She will collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to develop and implement diversity best practices and initiatives tailored to the needs of  ICG, with a clear focus on achieving measurable, sustainable and repeatable results.

Responsibilities:

Partner in the development, maintenance, and execution of diversity & inclusion strategy aligned with the talent and business needs and priorities.

Increase level of awareness, commitment and strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent across the ICG by analyzing and presenting talent demographics, monitoring data trends, engaging senior level D&I champions and gaining their commitment to participate in D & I initiatives.

Work in partnership with the ICG Talent office, recruitment, and campus recruitment to align diversity recruiting initiatives with the ICG talent strategy and the broader Citi Human Capital outcomes

Engage with and partner with relevant diversity organizations that can serve as pipelines of diverse talent.

Coordinate ICG participation of Citi diversity-sponsored initiatives and help coordinate diversity focused events

Design, implement, track and report on ROI of various diversity initiatives

Work in partnership with the Global Diversity and Talent Management office to launch Citi-wide initiatives such as the Citi Women Leadership Development Leadership program and employee networks

Partner with business to achieve business specific outcomes as part of business and ICG Diversity Operating Committees (DOCs)

Work with the HR community and the AA/EEO COE to report and implement Affirmative Action plans, and ensure communications to business leaders and compliance accordingly on a timely basis

Stay current with regulatory and policy developments affecting areas of responsibility

Diversity Leadership Program (Development)

Partner to design and deliver Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) for the ICG, including leading all program logistics and execution

Lead program communication plans for internal stakeholders and coach, including facilitating program information sessions

Manage program nomination and selection process and secure internal stakeholders for program involvement

Collaborate with external vendor(s) on program design and measuring impact

Design/coordinate learning events for current and past program participants','!*!

Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, including driving, and building multiple diversity and inclusion programs and projects

Passion for diversity and inclusion, experience working on a variety of diversity initiatives

Ability to collaborate cross functionally and execute in a fast pace and creative environment. 

Broad knowledge of diversity and inclusion processes, procedures, practices, resources and networks.

Understands and responds to the subtle and complex diversity and inclusion challenges that relate to diversity in all its forms.

Strong relationship management skills

Strong project management and analytical skills

Superior communication skills, written and verbal

Ability to work successfully across businesses

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible in handling changing priorities
