The primary function of this role is to answer inbound calls from customers who have fraud and dispute claims in a disputes environment. Contact merchants via conference call in an attempt to resolve the concern immediately. Gather information from customer, file claims and advise of next steps. Adhere to Regulatory requirements governing the Claim Intake Center functions. Customer Service Coordinators serve a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
