Supplier Diversity Analyst

The Supplier Diversity team strives to create opportunities for diverse-owned businesses and support their growth. The Supplier Diversity Analyst will drive Supplier Diversity data and reporting initiatives and projects, providing data insights and influencing strategic decisions. Execute quarterly and ad-hoc Supplier Diversity reporting, analysis and insights.
Analyze diverse supplier data across multiple systems in order to design a Diverse Supplier Data strategy and solution.
Build-out robust infrastructure for regular Supplier Diversity spend reporting Analytics including Diverse Spend database and dashboarding capability.
Develop management information and intelligence on strategic diverse suppliers.
Drive projects for operations and sourcing efforts.
BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering or Operations or equivalent practical experience.
4 years relevant work experience.
MBA or Master's degree in related field.
Experience analyzing large data sets (strong spreadsheet skills), building reporting solutions, formulating recommendations and communicating them clearly.
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with stakeholders
Knowledge of SQL and understanding of databases, internal reporting and dash-boarding tools.
