Work you ll do As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Human Capital group you will: Support Implementation and Operations Management best practicesLead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery,Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programsDemonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scopeIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgmentIndependently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scopeSupports project studies and develops material for publication to include articles/materials for EO items of interest such as newsletters, instructions or letters to workforce on subjects within the cognizance of the EO OfficeDevelop and maintain EO communications tools and procedures such as the EO Quarterly Newsletter, EO Communications Roundtable, policy memoranda, EO portal page and other special programmatic communique.Support the Equal Opportunity functional manager by researching, reviewing, and monitoring HR personnel policies and practices to identify potential barriers in hiring, recruitment, and retention.Support the development, revision, and publication of the Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan through:1. Gathering and analyzing data from identified sources.2. Entering data into databases to assist with analysis, identification of goals and action planning tracking.Collect and maintain data and draft coordinated response with background data for answering quick-response taskings from internal and external sourcesProvide American Sign Language Interpreters, readers and other supporting staff for the disability program support for day-to-day work, Agency events, and meetings such as, supervisory discussions and training sessions, etc. The Team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today.
