Job Description NNL is seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional to join our team. The individual will provide professional support in developing and implementing the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, executing key actions and establishing metrics to measure our progress. The D&I Professional will also work closely with the EEO\/AAP Professional on the Affirmative Action\/Equal Employment Opportunity Programs, ensuring alignment on actions. The individual will work closely with the HR leadership team on integrating efforts to further develop a culture of diversity and inclusion. The individual will interface with the senior executives on the D&I strategy and provide leadership on enhancing manager engagement on D&I efforts. Individual will be in a leadership role with the corporate diversity councils and will provide support and guidance to the employee resource groups. Required Skills BS \/ BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management\/Administration or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of nine years of relevant experience; or MS degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management\/Administration from an accredited college or university and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. Professional certification in area of functional expertise is strongly recommended. Experience based knowledge with EEO\/AAP Experience based knowledge of federal, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines. Experience based knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion Excellent communications skills Excellent presentation skills Experience working with all levels in an organization; including the executive team. Preferred Skills Experience in employee engagement programs Project management experience Experience with DOE regulations Experience working with a federal contractor.
