Direct, coordinate, and develop programs which enhance the culture of inclusion at NU Feinberg School of Medicine (FSM) and contribute to the educational mission FSM including graduate medical education and faculty support. Contribute significantly to the diversification of the medical school student body, graduate medical education programs, faculty, and staff. Liaise with various medical school departments and offices, including, Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Faculty Affairs, Human Resources, and Development. Develop partnerships with external organizations and affiliated hospitals/health systems. Advise and counsel medical students and residents on personal, academic, and professional matters. Seek innovative strategies to fulfill the office's mission and contribute to the achievement of FSM's diversity goals. Advocate for and support students, residents and fellows by discussing their academic progress and personal challenges on a regular basis and working with other staff and Deans to increase their success.
