The Inclusion & Diversity Sr. Manager for Development Initiatives will build, drive, and manage development Initiatives and equitable experiences in support of acquiring, advancing, and retaining diverse talent at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
Responsible for developing and executing development programs to enable our Inclusion & Diversity commitments
Manage and execute development programs and gather insights to support the enhancement of our talent management processes and enable **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s BIPOC career advancement objectives
Influence leaders to drive diverse representation across their business as well as **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s talent processes through reporting, talent planning, performance measurement, promotions, equitable experiences, and development assignments.
Develop strategic relationships with leaders to connect diverse talent with development opportunities; ensure that we are providing equitable opportunities for employees to have access to development, support, promotion opportunities, mentorship, coaching and sponsorship programs
Partners with TA and other key business areas to build and maintain a robust diverse pipeline
Support an organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and excellence while enabling retention strategy
Create and manage sustainable processes and best practices including KPI-related development programs to drive accountability and measurement for our Commitments

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent of education and experience.
7 years of HR, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, D&I experience or equivalent in leading and driving diversity development programs and initiatives/strategy related work
3 years demonstrated accountability and ability to lead and influence cross-functionally across all levels of leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
Any DEI Certification a plus
Knowledge of trends and best practices in the DEI space regarding assessment and research
Demonstrated ability to innovate DEI solutions
