For top managerial positions, a master’s degree is required. The human resources specialists’ job outlook is excellent and more jobs are filled each year. Human resources are an integral part of any organization, so finding a job in any industry should be a walk in the park for you.

• Analysts for jobs, benefits and compensation - $100,000
• Human resources manager - $160,000
• Human resources trainer, and labor relations specialists - $165,000
• Placement, recruitment and employment managers - $185,000
• Specialists for training and development - $20,00 or more
